Desk Shapes

The 4MOST range of desks at CH Workspace use three types of contemporary desk templates to manufacture their products; Asymmetrical, symmetrical and standard. All of which are shaped to benefit the customer in different ways.

The 4most Asymmetrical desks, or 'wave' desks, are built to clearly seperate computer space and work space. They have a full width side that tapers off to a narrow workspace, allowing for effective use of desk space. The curve that is worked into the design is tapered to fit the body shape, and allows the customer to sit closely and comfortably into the desk.

The 4most Symmetrical desks come in two different designs, and hold similar beneficial template features as the asymmetrical desk design. The First of the two symmetrical designs has three regular sides of a standard desk. The fourth side curves into the middle and then back out to meet the other edge, creating a symmetrical workspace with its narrowest point in the centre rather than at one side, as is the case with the asymmetrical design. This contemporary desk design works with the body and allows the customer to be more comfortables in the work place. The second type of symmetrical desk templates that the 4MOST range of contemporary desks offer also consists of a central curve, although this one is deeper as the back of the desk, instead of being straight like the other design, creates a right angle. This allows the customer alot more depth to their desk, and therefore helps to create more workspace.

The standard desk templates are traditional and rectangular in design, and work well within any office space. The Standard template is often used in bench desks as it optimises the use of space and is easily added to others of a similar design. All styles of desk created in the 4MOST range come in varying heights and widths. Desktop finishes and trim are also available to allow the customer to customise their desk.
